ORDERS
Your order (s) be filled as soon as possible once we receive. Please allow us 5-10 business days for delivery most orders within North America, 2-4 weeks for overseas orders. Any delays on your order will be notified to you immediately. Please let us know if you would like to rush your orders, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All custom request and changes are accommodated whenever possible. Please contact us for your inquiry. All custom order sales are final while additional changes may apply depending on the customs work.
REPAIRS
We offer reasonable repairs on purchases for up to 6 months after the date of purchase. To inquire about a repair, please contact us. Please note that Carolyna K. Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
Our policy lasts 14 days for returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Carolyna K. Jewelry reserves right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
